地方本科院校体育教育专业毕业生就业现状的研究分析——以河池学院为例

摘　　要：我国对基层地区教育越来越重视,广西等边远地区中小学体育教师严重不足的状况也将得到改善;体育产业的迅猛发展也将带动更多的就业岗位,这对体育专业毕业生就业是利好消息。本文通过文献资料、调查问卷和实地考察等方法对2015、2016和2017届河池学院体育教育专业毕业生就业现状进行研究,了解新形势下地方本科院校体育教育毕业生结合自身特征选择的就业方向并提出建议,为其就业创业提供理论和实践依据。China is paying more and more attention to education in grassroots areas.The situation of serious shortage of primary and middle school PE teachers in remote areas such as Guangxi will also be improved.The rapid development of sports industry will also drive more jobs,which is for the employment of sports graduates.It is good news.This paper studies the employment status of physical education graduates of the 2015,2016 and 2017 Hechi colleges through literature,questionnaires and field trips,and understands the selection of physical education graduates in local undergraduate colleges under the new situation.Employment direction and suggestions to provide theoretical and practical basis for employment and entrepreneurship.
