摘 要:目的了解高职护生学习倦怠现状,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法采用分层随机抽样法对陕西省10所高职院校2015级、2016级高职护生进行大学生学习倦怠量表和大学生学习倦怠影响因素问卷调查。结果共发放问卷2 050份,回收有效问卷1 914份,问卷有效率93.37%。1 914名高职护生学习倦怠总分为58.11±9.97,3个维度由高到低依次为:行为不当、成就感低、情绪低落。多元线性回归分析显示,学习态度、学习主动性、专业兴趣、焦虑、学习成绩、就业压力、有无兼职/社会实践经历、性别、年级是高职护生学习倦怠的影响因素,可解释学习倦怠水平46.4%的变异量。结论高职护生学习倦怠处于中等水平,教育者应采取措施改善护生的学习以及心理状态,同时关注高危人群,以降低护生学习倦怠水平,提高护生在校学习质量。Objective To investigate the status of learning burnout in nursing junior college students and the influence factors.Methods By the method of stratified random sampling,a survey was conducted for nursing junior college students in Shannxi Province,using the questionnaire of influencing factors of College Students learning burnout scale and college students learning burnout influencing factor questionnaire.Results A total of 2050 questionnaires were sent out with 1914 valid questionnaires being collected,which showed the validity rate of the questionnaires reached 93.37%.The total score of learning burnout of 1914 nursing junior college students in higher vocational college was 58.11±9.97,with score of dimension from high to low as behavior inadequacy,reduced personal accomplishment and emotional turndown.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that learning attitude,learning initiative,professional interest,anxiety,level of academic record,employment pressure,having part-time/social practice experience or not,gender,grade were influencing factors of learning burnout for nursing junior college students in higher vocational college.Conclusions The status of learning burnout for nursing junior college students in higher vocational college ranks at the middle level.Educators should take measures to improve nursing students learning status and mental state while paying attention to high-risk groups for reducing the level of nursing students learning burnout and improving the quality of students learning in school.
