摘　　要：根据学校体育改革的基本任务和基本方向,对未来校园足球成功的"十个一"内容、关系和表征进行了思考:(1)有威有效的管理机制和制度;(2)分层有效的课程教学体系;(3)学科融合的足球校园文化;(4)有足球特色的体育大课间;(5)全员参加的联赛与运动会;(6)校、家、社结合的共建网;(7)较高水平的代表队与成绩;(8)专业敬业的足球教师队伍;(9)满足教学训练的场地器材;(10)学生体质健康进步的答卷。提出了实现这"十个一"的施策方略。The new campus school football aims to be successful and will be successful eventually. But will all tens of thousands of national football schools in China be successful? How successful will they be? Will their successes be the same across schools from different regions? Are these questions clear to the schools and teachers involved in school football? If they are not clear, does it mean there are no target, no direction, no clear work plan and schedule? According to the basic task and direction of P.E. reform, this paper discusses content, relationship and characteristics of the "ten strategies" of new campus football, which include effective management system and mechanism, hierarchical teaching system, football culture integrated with different disciplines, sports classes with football characteristics, football leagues and matches involving all the students, promotion of football through joint efforts of the school, family and society, high level football teams and good performance, professional and devoted teachers, sufficient facilities and equipments and promotion of the students' fitness. It is held that the success of new campus football lies in the fulfillment of all the above through strategies proposed in this paper.
