摘  要:倭仁的民本思想秉承儒家传统,饱含浓厚的济世情怀。倭仁的民本思想应该从两个方面进行分析,一方面,他对儒家"民为邦本"、"爱民安民"、实行"仁政"的思想予以继承;另一方面,根据当时的社会实际情况,他提出落实民本思想的具体措施。从皇帝的角度讲,要立"尧舜之志",以仁义治国,厉行节俭,整顿吏治;从地方官员的角度讲,要忠君爱民、以身作则,去奢从俭。从民本思想出发,倭仁应该是"典型的士大夫"形象,这是给他最为恰当的评价。With a strong sense of benefiting the world, Wei Ren’s people-oriented thought inherits the Confucian tradition.Wei Ren’s people-oriented thought should be analyzed from two aspects. On the one hand, he inherited Confucian ideas of "people are foundation of state", "love people and quiet people" and "benevolent government".On the other hand, according to the social reality at that time, he put forward specific measures to implement the people-oriented thought.From the emperor’s point of view, "ideal of Yao and Shun"should be established to govern the country with benevolence and righteousness;Strictly practise thrift and rectify administration of officials;From local officials’ point of view, they should be loyal to the emperor and love people, set an example and eliminate extravaganceand practice thrift.From the people-oriented thought, Wei Ren should be a"typical literati and officialdom", which is the most appropriate evaluation for him.
