摘 要:通过分析食品安全领域风险交流的发展现状,找到中国在肉制品出口风险交流方面的不足,总结中国肉制品近十年出口现状及主要问题。针对中国肉制品中各方信息不对称问题提出中国肉制品出口的两类风险交流(危机风险交流和日常风险交流)的对策建议,减少达标的中国肉制品仍不能出口的现象,促进中国肉制品出口。Through analyzing the development status of risk communication in the field of food safety,we found the shortcomings of China’s export risk of meat products, and summarized the export status and main problems of Chinese meat products in the past decade. In response to the information asymmetry of all kinds of meat products in China,countermeasures were proposed for two types of risk communication (crisis risk communication and daily risk communication) of Chinese meat products export, reducing the phenomenon that Chinese meat products that were up to standard can still not be exported, and promoting export of Chinese meat products.
