摘 要:互动是提高课堂教学效果的有效手段,但高校大班教学要实现互动有较大的难度。立足《思想道德修养与法律基础》的课程性质与教学目的,以学生为中心的课程理论是教学互动的理论前提,人本主义的学习观是教学互动实施过程的现实要求,而交易成本理论与结构功能主义理论为大班教学互动提供了组织学理论基础。在实践探索中,为降低互动成本,使大班教学互动成为现实可能,要对学生进行组织化整合,包括课前的准备、互动过程的管理控制、课程作业的科学设计、课堂与课外的有机结合等。同时要运用提高参与率、调动积极性、培养反思能力、设计开放性问题、把握好教师角色等策略来提高大班教学互动的有效性。Interaction is an effective way to improve classroom teaching effect, but it is difficult to achieve interaction in large classes in Colleges and universities. In theory, based on the curriculum nature and teaching purpose of Ideological and Moral Accomplishment and Legal Basis, the student-centered curriculum theory is the theoretical premise of teaching interaction, the humanistic learning concept is the realistic requirement of the implementation process of teaching interaction, and the transaction cost theory and structural functionalism theory provide the organizational theoretical basis for large class teaching interaction. In practice, in order to reduce the cost of interaction and make the interaction of large class teaching possible, it is necessary to organize and integrate students, including the preparation before class, the management and control of interaction process, the scientific design of course assignments, the organic combination of classroom and extracurricular activities, etc. At the same time, we should pay attention to using strategies such as improving participation rate, mobilizing enthusiasm, cultivating reflective ability, designing open problems, and grasping the role of teachers to improve the effectiveness of large class teaching interaction.
