滩湖F1代与滩羊产肉性能、羊肉品质对比研究

摘　　要：本文研究了不同年龄滩湖F1代公羊和本地滩羊公羊产肉性能、羊肉品质的差异性。结果表明:同一品种公羊在不同年龄屠宰,其胴体重、GR值和眼肌面积随着年龄的增长都有所增加,6月龄至1周岁屠宰率呈下降的趋势,2周岁屠宰率高于1周岁,滩湖F1代6月龄屠宰性能在各项指标方面优于滩羊;2周岁滩湖F1代、同期滩羊肉样中干物质含量、粗脂肪含量、粗灰分含量均高于1周岁和6月龄,差异不显著(P>0.05),6月龄滩羊肉样粗脂肪含量比同龄滩湖F1代高70.86%,且二者差异显著(P<0.05);滩湖F1代和滩羊6月龄肉样蛋白质含量均高于同品种1周岁、2周岁公羊肉样,差异不显著(P>0.05)。The differences in meat performance and quality between F1 generation Tanhu male lambs and local male lambs of different ages were studied in this paper.The results indicated that the same species of lambs'carcass weight,CR value and eye muscle area of rams increased with the age.The dressing percentage showed a decreasing trend from 6 to 12 months.The dressing percentage at age of two years was higher than that at age of one year.The carcass traits of 6-month F1 generation Tanhu sheep were superior to those of Tan sheep in various indicators.The 2-year F1 generation Tanhu sheep had higher dry matter content,crude fat content and crude ash content than those of 1-year and 6-month F1 generation Tanhu sheep,and the differences were slightly(P>0.05).The 6-month Tan sheep had 70.86%higher crude fat content than those of F1 generation Tanhu sheep with the same age.The differences were significant(P<0.05).The 6-month sheep had higher protein contents than those of 1-year and 2-year sheep,and the differences were not obvious(P>0.05).
