新时期高职院校外聘教师管理存在的问题及路径

摘　　要：一直以来,高职院校外聘教师的管理上存在着诸如人员聘用困难、流动性强、管理不善、教学质量低下、教学热情不高等问题。解决上述问题的路径则是完善外聘教师聘用机制、改变管理者对于外聘教师临时性的观念、加大外聘教师培养力度和投入、完善外聘教师权利和义务机制,创造积极条件多多吸引企业高技能人才加入外聘教师队伍。For a long time, there are some problems in the management of external teachers in higher vocational colleges, such as diff icult employment, strong mobility, poor management, low teaching quality and low teaching enthusiasm. The way to solve the above problems is to improve the employment mechanism of external teachers, change the managers' temporary concept of external teachers, increase the training efforts and investment of external teachers, improve the rights and obligations mechanism of external teachers, and create positive conditions to attract more highly skilled talents from enterprises to join the external teachers.
