摘 要:翻转课堂作为"互联网+教育"模式下教学改革的一种手段,在重构教育理念和教学思维的同时,从理论和实践两个层面推动了教学改革的快速发展,成功实现了个体差异和网络化教学,也全面解决了共性化教学与个性化认知的矛盾。文章结合本校在"互联网+教育"模式下实施翻转课堂过程中出现的问题,从多个角度分析教师所面临的挑战,提出要推进翻转课堂建设,必须树立新的教育理念、提高教师专业技能和综合信息素养,以及教师所应采取的感应策略。Flip the classroom as "Internet + education" mode a means of teaching reform, at the same time ofreconstructing education concept and teaching thinking, from two aspects of theory and practice to promote therapid development of the teaching reform, successfully realized the individual differences and network teaching, andalso comprehensively solved the contradiction between teaching and individualized cognitive generality. Combiningwith our school in the implementation of the "Internet + education" mode to flip the classroom problems appearedin the process, from various angles analysis of the challenges faced by teachers, put forward to pushing forwardthe construction of the f lip class must set up the new education idea, improve teachers’ professional skills andcomprehensive information literacy, and teachers should be taken by the induction strategy.
