摘 要:本着以学生为中心的教学理念,针对心电图教学效果差这一顽疾,通过问卷调查了解造成学生学习困难的问题所在,发现主要问题包括知识点综合性强、讲解抽象、心电向量相关知识讲解不透彻、知识点数量庞大、分析心电图实例时没有路径。针对问题调整教学措施,调整课程安排,在教学中增加实体模型、影像资料,拓展心电向量相关知识,整理归纳知识点、多样化形式帮助学生记忆,规范心电图分析路径。通过调整教学措施后,不仅收到理想的课堂教学效果,而且对医学生继续成长产生了深远的影响。With the aim of improving the electrocardiogram(ECG)teaching effect based on the learner-centered pedagogy,we adjust the teaching measures and the course arrangement,use solid model and image data in the teaching,expand the knowledge related to ECG vector,sort out and conclude knowledge points,and help students memorize various forms,and standardize the electrocardiogram analysis path,according to the students'learning difficulties which is analyzed from the questionnaire,such as comprehensive knowledge,abstract interpretation,less ECG vector related knowledge,huge number of knowledge points and no path in ECG analysis.After adjusting the teaching measures,it not only acquires ideal class teaching effect,but also has a positive and profound influence on the medical students'continuous growth.
