摘 要:[目的]调查宁波市养老机构养老护理员核心能力的现状并分析其影响因素。[方法]运用自制的养老护理员核心能力问卷,对宁波市20家养老机构中的433名养老护理员进行问卷调查。[结果]宁波市养老机构养老护理员的核心能力总均分为(2.096±0.706)分,在所调查的7个维度中得分最高的是人际关系,最低的是评判性思维和科研能力;不同文化程度、养老护理员证书等级、工作年限的养老护理员的核心能力评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中文化程度和养老护理员证书等级是影响养老护理员核心能力的主要因素。[结论]养老护理员核心能力处于中等水平。管理者可通过提高养老护理员的社会地位,加强在岗培训,完善激励机制,以提高养老护理员的核心能力。Objective: To investigate the aged care workers′ core competence in nursing home in Ningbo and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 433 aged care workers from 20 nursing homes in Ningbo were surveyed by using a self made Geriatric Nursing Competency Inventory. Results: The total score of core competence of aged care workers was 2.096±0.706.In 7 surveyed dimensions,the dimension with highest score was interpersonal relationship,and critical thinking and scientific research ability with the lowest score.Core competence score was statistically different among aged care workers with different cultural degree,different grades of aged care workers certificate,different length of employment ( P <0.05).The main factors influencing the core competence were cultural degree and grade of aged care workers certificate. Conclusions: The core competence of aged care workers in Ningbo was at the middle level.Managers can improve the social status of the aged care workers,strengthen on the job training,perfect the incentive mechanism,in order to improve the aged care workers′ core competence.
