摘　　要：随着我国高职教育不断的发展,青年教师作为高职教育第一线的主力军,他们的教学水平与教学质量的高低,直接关系到高职院校的人才培养的质量和高职院校的可持续发展。青年教师应该具备这样的能力、如何提升青年教师的教学能力等问题,对于高职院校长久发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。With the continuous development of higher vocational education in China,young teachers are the main force in the front line of higher vocational education. Their teaching level and teaching quality are directly related to the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges and the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. Young teachers should have such ability and how to improve the teaching ability of young teachers.It has important theoretical and practical significance for the long-term development of higher vocational colleges.
