摘  要:"医教协同"培养模式实现了我国医学院校教育和毕业后教育的有效衔接,为推进医学教育改革与发展,加强医学人才培养质量奠定了政策基础。在职医师以同等学力申请硕士专业学位是医学教育的重要组成部分,是提高在职临床医师教育层次的重要途径,其培养质量对医疗卫生水平,对人民生命质量安全有重大影响。本研究以广西医科大学为例,针对同等学力申请专业学位研究生的特点,结合当前学校的实际情况,对在职临床医师申请硕士专业学位的课程体系、师资队伍、监督管理等方面存在的问题进行分析,对此提出可持续发展的策略,以适应新形势下医学教育改革的需要,确保在职医师申请专业学位的培养质量。The “medical and educational synergy” training mode has realized the effective connection between medical college education and post-graduate education in China, and laid a policy foundation for promoting the reform and development of medical education and strengthening the quality of medical personnel training. It is an important part of medical education to apply for a master's degree with the same academic ability. It is an important way to improve the level of on-thejob clinician education. The quality of training has a significant impact on the level of health care and the quality of life of people. Taking Guangxi Medical University as an example, this study analyzes the problems existing in the course system, faculty, supervision and management of in-service clinicians applying for master's degree in combination with the characteristics of the current academic qualifications. In this regard, the strategy of sustainable development is proposed to meet the needs of medical education reform under the new situation, and to ensure the quality of training for on-the-job physicians applying for professional degrees.
