摘 要:发动机罩是发动机舱的"门",需保证一定的指压性能从而给客户一定的坚固性印象。而车辆在撞击行人过程中,发动机罩会对行人的头部造成严重的伤害,根据GB/T24550和2018版C-NCAP的要求,需评价发动机罩对行人头碰的伤害情况。如何在发动机罩指压刚性和行人保护之间取一个平衡为本文研究的内容,通过竞品分析在E-NCAP行人头碰得分较高车型的指压性能,优化发动机罩指压性能设计目标。The hood is the "door" of the engine room. It is necessary to ensure a certain pressure performance to give the customer a certain strength impression. But in the process of impact on pedestrians, the hood will cause serious injury to pedestrians' head. According to the requirements of GB/T24550 and 2018 edition C-NCAP, we need to evaluate the damage of engine hood to pedestrian head injury. How to balance the stiffness between hood and pedestrian protection is the content of this paper. Through competitive analysis, the finger pressure performance of E-NCAP pedestrian hit higher vehicle is optimized, and the design target of engine hood's finger pressure performance is optimized.
