摘　　要：博士生教育作为人才培养的最高层次,是获取科技创新人才的重要来源。因此,博士生教育与创新人才的培养具有高度密切的关系。本研究首先探讨博士生创新能力培养的意义,然后分析国内现有博士生培养环节存在的问题,最后针对这些问题,提出一种依托国际合作的博士生创新能力培养模式。As the highest level of personnel training,doctoral education is helpful to train scientific innovation talents.So doctoral education is closely related to the cultivation of innovative talents.This research first explored the significance of cultivation of doctoral innovative ability.Then it analyzed the problem on the training of doctors in our country.Finally,it proposed the new training mode of doctoral innovative ability based on international cooperation.
