摘　　要：本文从不同角度剖析我国高校房地产专业建立的现状,明确学科纷杂,存在重复教学内容,房地产专业理论性较强,实践教学较少,企业需求性人才与高校内培养的高能管理人才出现分歧,这三类因素均是影响房地产专业发展的关键所在。只有优质性的房地产专业人才不断培养与输送,才能够真正实现我国房地产业的可持续性发展。This paper analyzes the status quo of China's real estate professional colleges established from different angles,the subject complex, there is duplication of teaching content,the real estate professional strong theory and practice teaching are few,cultivating talents of enterprise needs and the energy management personnel there are differences,these three factors are the key influence of real estate professionals where the development of the.Only the quality of real estate professionals continue training and transportation,and is able to realize the sustainable development of China's real estate industry.
