摘　　要：对细长轴切削加工中所涉及数据进行了系统归纳分析,建立了细长轴加工的专家系统知识库结构和相关推理规则,设计了细长轴切削数据库的数据结构,开发了针对细长轴类零件的切削工艺数据库系统,整合细长轴切削加工中的各种数据,为工艺设计人员和生产现场的技术人员提供细长轴的切削经验和切削参数参考,以提高设计人员的工作效率,减少资源浪费,降低生产加工成本。The data involved in the process of slender shaft cutting is analyzed, the structure of expert system knowledge database and the corresponding inference rules are built, and the data structure of the slender shaft cutting database is designed. Finally, the cutting process database system for the slender shaft parts is developed, which can provide slender shaft cutting experience and recommendations for the process designer and technicians in the production site and help improve the efficiency and reduce the waste of resources and the processing cost.
