摘　　要：为了解大学生宽恕心理现状及其与人格特质的关系,以《Hearland宽恕量表》和《中国大学生人格量表》为研究工具,对贵州省某地方院校大学生进行调查,发放问卷330份,收回有效问卷300份。结果如下:①大学生宽恕心理倾向在年级、年龄、父亲学历水平这些因素上存在显著差异。宽恕自己的均值在年级这个因素上呈U型趋势,大一和大四的宽恕倾向较高。②大学生宽恕心理倾向与人格特质存在显著正相关,人格特质对大学生宽恕倾向具有一定的预测作用。研究据此提出相应的对策,以期从宽恕角度提升大学生心理健康水平,并为学校心理教育提供参考性建议。In order to understand the psychological status of forgiveness and its relationship with personality traits, Hearland Forgiveness Scale and Chinese College Students' Personality Scale were used to investigate college students in a local college in Guizhou Province. 330 questionnaires were issued and 300 valid questionnaires were recovered. The conclusions are as follows: First, there is significant difference in the psychology of forgiveness among college students in grade, age and the father's academic degree, the average age of forgiveness showing a "U" trend in the age group, with a higher score of forgiveness for freshmen and seniors;Second, there is a significant positive correlation between forgiveness and personality traits, and personality traits can predict forgiveness. This study puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to improve the mental health level of college students from the perspective of forgiveness, and provides referential suggestions for college psychological education.
