摘　　要：研究生培养成功的关键是提高其科研创新能力。通过加强文献阅读研讨课的教学可有效提高研究生的科研素质,本文主要介绍了生物学文献阅读研讨课与研究生科研能力培养之间的关系、本实验室的教学实践体会及需要关注的问题。The key to successful training graduates is to improve their scientific research and innovation capabilities.These abilities of graduate students can be effectively increased by strengthening the teaching of seminar course of literature reading.This paper mainly introduces the relationship between teaching of biological literature reading seminars and cultivation of graduate students'scientific research ability,the teaching practice experiences of teachers in our laboratory and the problems that need to pay attention to.
