摘  要:如何培养适应国家发展的国际化人才,是当今高等教育面临的重大课题。随着英语教育的普及,第二外语通识教育在高等教育国际化进程中显得越发举足轻重。通过问卷调查、访谈、个案追踪等方式对第二外语通识教育现状和社会需求进行调查分析,并结合具体的教学实践与观察,探讨第二外语通识教育课程模式的构建,以及针对多语种师资短缺问题的解决办法,以期推动人才培育工作更好地服务于国家的建设与发展。How to cultivate internationalized talents to meet the needs of the national development is a major issue with which our modern higher education is confronted. With the popularity of English education, second foreign language as general education plays a very important role in the process of internationalization of higher education. This article investigates and analyzes the current situation and social demands of second foreign language education as general education through questionnaire, interview, case track and combined with teaching practice and observation, specifically discusses the mode construction of second foreign language curriculum and the resolution to the shortage of multilingual teachers in a bid to promote the talent cultivation to serve the national construction and development better.
