摘 要:目的探讨基于"雨课堂"混合式教学模式在神经外科本科实习护生中的应用效果。方法选取2017年8~12月在我院神经外科实习的35名本科护生为观察组,选取2016年10月~2017年7月在我院同科室实习的40名本科护生为对照组。对照组采用常规教学模式。观察组采用"雨课堂"混合式教学模式,两组学生均由同一名教师授课,出科时进行理论考核和技能考核,采用问卷调查教学的满意度。比较两组学生的理论、技能考核成绩及教学满意度。结果出科时观察组平均理论考核成绩与技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组多数学生对基于"雨课堂"混合式教学模式的教学效果满意,在学习能力、知识掌握和技能操作能力方面均优于常规教学模式。结论在神经外科本科实习护士教学中采用基于"雨课堂"混合式教学模式,有助于提高学生教学质量,激发学生主观能动性,是一种较好的教学方法。Objective To explor the effect of combined online and offline classroom on test score of undergraduated students being internship in neurosurgery department.Methods 35 nursing undergraduate students who done an internship in neurosurgery department from August to December 2017 were selected as observation group,and 40 cases from October 2016 to July 2017 were selected as control group.Control group was given conventional teaching model,and observation group was given "Rain Classroom" blended-learning model.Students of two groups were taught by the same teacher who were given theory and skill assessment after internship in neurosurgery department.The teaching satisfaction was investigated.Theory and skill assessment and teaching satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results Score of theory and skill assessment in observation group were higher than that of control group after internship in neurosurgery department ( P <0.05).Most of the students in observation group were satisfied with the teaching effect of the blended-learning model based on "rain classroom" which was better than the conventional teaching model on ability learning,acquisition of knowledge and nursing operation technique.Conclusion This study showed combined online and offline teaching method contributed to improve teaching quality and inspire students learning motivation.
