军队院校重点实验室在学科建设中的地位与作用研究

摘　　要：与地方院校"双一流"建设相对应,当前军队院校正在大力开展"双重点"建设,军队重点实验室是军队人才培养和科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是学科建设的依托主体和支撑平台;融合了多个学科方向的作用,可实现1+1大于2的效益,促进相关学科在实验教学、科学研究与服务部队的全面发展。该文以舰船工程军队重点实验室为对象,从布局学科发展方向、探索军民融合机制、创新人才培养模式等角度,总结分析了军队重点实验室在学科建设中的地位与作用。Corresponding to the construction of the“Double first-class” in local colleges and universities,military academies are vigorously carrying out the “Double points” construction. The military key laboratories are an important part of the military talent training and scientific and technological innovation system,as well as the main body and supporting platform of the discipline construction. In combination with the functions of multiple disciplines,the benefit of one plus one over two can be realized,and the comprehensive development of the related disciplines in experimental teaching,scientific research and serving the army can be promoted. By taking the military key laboratory of naval vessel engineering as the object of research,this paper summarizes and analyses the position and function of such laboratories in the discipline construction from the aspects of the development orientation of the discipline layout,the exploration of the mechanism of civil-military integration,the innovation of talent training mode,etc.
