摘  要:基于Vehicle Spy 3搭建了永磁同步电机对拖实验平台。该平台可以实现数据采集、数据分析和回放仿真等功能,通过CAN总线实现与电机控制器通信。在进行转矩控制精度实验时,通过上位机增加目标转矩后,电机实际转矩的变化稳定在±30 N·m范围内;在电机系统效率实验时,在电动情况下80%以上效率区间占69.7%,发电情况下80%以上效率区间占65%。实验平台采用软硬件结合的方式,有助于学生掌握CAN总线技术,增强动手操作能力,具有较高的实用性。Based on Vehicle Spy 3,an experimental platform for the permanent magnet synchronous motor towing is built. This platform can realize the functions of the data acquisition,data analysis and playback simulation,and communicate with motor controller through the CAN bus. In the experiment of the torque control accuracy,the change of actual motor torque is stable in the range of ±30 N.m after the target torque is increased by the upper computer. In the efficiency experiment of the motor system,the efficiency interval above 80% accounts for 69.7% in the case of electric power and 65% in the case of power generation. This experimental platform adopts the combination of hardware and software,which helps students to master CAN bus technology and enhance their hands-on operation ability,which has high practicability.
