“双创”环境下高职会计人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：近些年在创新创业思想的引领下,会计人才所需要的能力和素质随之发生变化。针对实践中发现的当前高职会计专业人才培养过程中仍存在的培养模式系统性不强、专业能力不到位、素质能力培养表面化等问题,研究了与双创教育结合,提出实现高职会计专业人才培养模式的创新包含培养目标、课程体系、教学方法、教材建设、素质培养和考核系统等方面的改变。探索通过师资队伍建设、创新创业教育和四方协同机制结合的方式实现人才培养路径。In recent years,it is proposed to improve the quality of students and the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship to cope with the changes.However,there are problems like the training mode is not systematic;professional competence is insufficient and the ability training is superficial.With the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship,higher vocational colleges can improve the training mode by changing training object;course system;teaching methods;teaching material et cetera.Explore the method through three aspects: construction of teachers’ team;education of innovation and entrepreneurship and quadripartite coordination mechanism.
