摘　　要：随着我国教育改革的不断推进,高职教育的作用也逐渐凸显出来,作为中国高等教育的一个重要组成部分,高职院校能够培养更多专职人才,不断提升专业职工的业务能力。创新创业型人才的培养也是高职院校最主要的目标,使得高职院校的学生往更加全面的方向发展。现阶段创新创业型人才的培养体系还存在着一定的问题,教育部门也应该在相关人才培养模式上不断进行实践和探索,确定出最适合高职院校发展的人才培养模式。With the advancement of education reform in our country,the role of higher vocational education also gradually emerges,as an important component of China’s higher education,higher vocational colleges to train more professional talents,improving professional ability of the worker,conveying more professional talents for the society,the cultivation of the innovative entrepreneurial talent is also the main target in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges make students develop toward the direction of a more comprehensive,innovative entrepreneurial talent training system at the present stage still exist certain problems,education department it should be on the related personnel training mode,exploration and practice,determine the most suitable personnel training mode for the development of higher vocational colleges.education department it should be on the related personnel training mode,exploration and practice,determine the most suitable personnel training mode for the development of higher vocational colleges.
