摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学法在儿童烧伤整形科护理临床带教中的应用效果。方法将60名护生随机分为实验组和对照组各30名,对照组采用传统带教方法,实验组采用PBL教学法,比较两组的理论与操作成绩。结果实验组理论与操作成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法可提高护生实习的积极性、实习效率及学习成绩,值得推广应用。Objective Our study aimed to explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in the field of children’s acute nursing in burn plastic surgery.Methods 60 nursing students were randomized to traditional teaching group(n=30)or PBL teaching group(n=30).The theory test and practice test were conducted after the internship of 4 weeks to confirm the knowledge and skills the students learnt.Results The PBL teaching group showed better performance in both theory and practice test than that of the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion the PBL teaching method can improve the efficiency of the enthusiasm of nursing students practice,practice and academic performance,is worthy of popularization and application.
