基于影视资源的职场英语多模态教学研究——以跨境电商客服英语为例

摘　　要：影视多模态语料库是较为理想的职场英语多模态教学资源。以跨境电商客服英语课程为例,相较于传统的教科书,影视资源可以提供仿真的商务情景、生动的表达方式、准确得体的词汇,便于开展跨境电商客服英语多模态教学,从而有效提高学生在职场活动中的英语沟通能力。教师应在多元读写能力教学模式的基础上,在模态选择和情景准备阶段、课堂教学与自主学习阶段以及多元评价阶段充分发挥影视资源的优势,结合教学实际,探索行之有效的基于影视多模态资源的职场英语教学模式。multimodal corpus of movies could be very helpful to multimodal workplace English teaching and learning.With customer service English for cross border e-commerce as an example,the article demonstrates that movie resource is better than traditional textbooks in that it provides true-to-life business situations,idiomatic expressions and accurate descriptions,and would be effective in improving students’business communication skills.Teachers could use the teaching models of multiliteracies as a base,trying to give full play to movie resource in stages of modal selection and situation preparation,classroom teaching and autonomous learning,and multiple assessment,so as to develop an effective model based on multimodal movie resource for multimodal workplace English teaching.
