共享理念下提升辅导员团队绩效的路径

摘  要:共享理念下的团队工作方式是提升高校辅导员团队建设绩效的创新探索,也是提高高校人才培养质量和效率的有益实践,对高校辅导员团队建设具有较大的现实意义。由此提出四条提升高校辅导员团队绩效的路径,即建立共享领导制度,完善辅导员团队建设的驱动机制;明晰共享目标成果,提高辅导员团队建设的保障机制;打造共享发展平台,提升辅导员团队建设的协同机制;营造共享发展环境,拓展辅导员团队建设的支持机制。Team work under the concept of sharing is not only an innovative exploration to improve the performance of college counselors' team building,but also a beneficial practice to improve the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. This concept has a strong practical significance for the construction of college counselor proposes four ways to improve the team performance of university counselors , that is , to establish a Shared leadership system and improve the driving mechanism of the team building of university counselors. Clarify and share the goal achievem ent,improve the guarantee mechanism of the instructor team construction;To build a Shared development platform and improve the coordination mechanism of counselor team building;To create a Shared development tnvironment and expand the support mechanism of the instructor team building.
