摘　　要：开展全英文教学是培养国际化人才、实现我国高等教育国际化的重要措施。本文探讨了地方高校全英文课程建设所面临的问题并给出合理建议,剖析了SPOC教学模式在现阶段全英文课程建设中的优势,并从学生学习效果和教师能力培养两方面阐明SPOC教学是推进地方高校全英文课程建设的有效途径。Teaching in English is an important measure to train international talents and realize the internationalization of China's higher education.This paper discussed the problems faced by local colleges and universities in the construction of English courses and gave reasonable suggestions.We analyzed the advantages of SPOC teaching mode in the whole English curriculum construction at the present stage, and clarified SPOC teaching was an effective way to promote the construction of English courses in local universities from the aspects of students learning effect and teacher's ability training.
