城市边缘区农村居民点分布演化特征及类型研究——以徐州市铜山区为例

摘　　要：城市边缘区兼具城市和乡村的土地利用性质,是城市与乡村地区的过渡地带,也是农村居民点变化最为剧烈的区域。本文以徐州市铜山区为例,利用2009、2014年遥感解译数据,运用ArcGIS等软件定量研究了铜山区农村居民点规模、形状、空间布局及动态变化方面的特征,并进行了综合区划。研究表明:(1)铜山区农村居民点规模呈现明显的低值空间集聚,空间分异上呈现"东高西低"的分布格局。(2)农村居民点形状方面,研究发现东南部地区居民点的连接度大于西北部地区,呈现蔓延分布的状态。(3)铜山农村居民点空间整体离散,局部方面呈现"东疏西密"的分布特征。(4)铜山区农村居民点整体处于较快变化当中,并且存在着较大空间差异性。(5)以乡镇级行政单元将铜山区农村居民点划分为:低密度团簇状一极速变化区、高密度小团块状一快速变化区、低密度大团块状一较快变化、高密度点状一缓慢变化区。并提出相应的产业布局和用地调控的方向。The urban fringe area, which combines the land use nature of urban and rural areas, is a transitional zone between urban and rural areas, and is the region with the most dramatic changes in rural residential areas. Taking Tongshan district of Xuzhou city as an example, this paper uses the remote sensing interpretation data in 2009 and 2014, and uses ArcGIS and other software to quantitatively study the characteristics of the scale, shape, spatial layout and dynamic changes of rural residential areas in Tongshan district, and comprehensive zoning. The research shows that:(1) The scale of rural residential areas in Tongshan district presents an obvious low-value spatial agglomeration, and the spatial differentiation shows the distribution pattern of “east high and low west”.(2) In terms of the shape of rural settlements, the study found that the connection degree of residential areas in the southeastern part is larger than that in the northwestern part, showing a state of spread distribution.(3) The overall spatial space of rural residential areas in Tongshan is discrete, and the local characteristics show the distribution characteristics of “east loose and west intense”.(4) The rural residential areas in Tongshan district are in a relatively rapid change, and there is a large spatial difference.(5) The rural residential areas in Tongshan district are divided into: low- density clusters-fast-changing areas, highdensity small clumps-fast-changing areas, low-density large clumps-faster changes, high density point - slowly changing zone.
