摘　　要：以新疆高职院校单独招生制度的改革探索与实践为切入点,以新疆高职单独招生试点院校为样本,调研结果表明:新疆高职院校单独招生制度社会认可程度不断提高,形成了一套较完整规范的招考流程和特色人才培养模式,但也存在面试方式欠科学、技能考核形式过于单一、对优秀考生吸引力不足、对民族考生的招生考核办法亟待加强等问题。对此,应从完善"知识+技能"特点的高职单独招生考核模式、建立统一第三方单独招生考核机构、推行单独招生人才培养质量评价机制、加大双语考核专家队伍建设等方面加以着力解决。Based on the exploration and practice of reform of independent enrollment system of higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang,using those pilot colleges as sample,the result shows that the social recognition for independent enrollment system of higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang is constantly improving,formed a set of relatively complete and normative recruitment process and the training mode with characteristics;but some problems still exist,such as the interview methods are not scientific,the form of skill assessment is too single,the attraction of excellent candidates is insufficient,and the examination and assessment methods of national candidates should be strengthened.Aiming at the above problems,it is necessary to improve the appraisal mode for independent enrollment with"knowledge+skill"characteristics,establish a unified third party assessment mechanism,implement the evaluation mechanism for quality of personnel training for independent enrollment,and increase the building of bilingual evaluation team of experts.
