高职学生实践能力培养视阈下“社团+”模式构建

摘　　要：实践性是高职教育人才培养的基本属性,是高职学生实践能力培养的基本体现。近年来,高职院校由规模发展向质量提升不断深入,作为人才培养重要内容的学生实践能力培养方式也日渐多样化,其中社团活动是重要方式之一。实践表明,采取社团活动与创新创业教育、专业竞赛、实践课程、志愿服务、特色项目等内容相结合的"社团+"模式,对提升学生实践能力效果显著。The practicality is the basic attribute of personnel training of higher vocational education,and is the basic embodiment of practical ability training for higher vocational college students.In recent years,higher vocational colleges have been developing from scale to quality,and the cultivation methods for students’practical ability,as an important part of talent training,have become increasingly diversified,among which association activities are one of the important methods.Practice shows that the"association+"mode,which combines community activities with innovation and entrepreneurship education,professional competitions,practical courses,voluntary services and characteristic projects,has a significant effect on improving students’practical ability.
