薛己运用六味地黄丸规律新探

摘　　要：钱乙最初创六味地黄丸一方,专治小儿五迟之证,后世鲜有发挥。直至明朝薛己大力赞赏推广,六味地黄丸才逐渐成为滋阴补肾的首要方剂。现在,医家主要将六味地黄丸用于治疗头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸软、骨蒸潮热、盗汗遗精、消渴等肾阴亏虚之证,然而六味地黄丸的功用远不止于此。薛己作为第一位将六味地黄丸用于治疗痰饮诸病及肝、脾、肺三阴经虚损的医家,临床使用六味地黄丸时,常根据患者的主证和兼证,灵活合并用药,且最常与补中益气汤等补益方合用,且根据患者的情况朝夕分补,以达到最佳疗效。治疗外科疮疡多由内疗外、攻补兼施,将六味地黄丸用于以虚损为病机的疡病。其临床运用六味地黄丸的方法,对后世的命门学说和温补学派产生了深远的影响。Qian Yi created a prescription named Liuwei Dihuang Pills,which is originally a special treatment formula for children to solve the problem of Wu Chi syndromes.Until the Ming Dynasty Xueji strongly praised and promoted the prescription,Liuwei Dihuang Pill then gradually became the primary prescription for nourishing Yin and tonifying Kidney.Now the doctors use Liuwei Dihuang Pills mainly to treat dizziness,tinnitus,weak waist,hot flashes of the bones,night sweats,nocturnal emission,and thirst,etc.However,the function of Liuwei Dihuang Pill is far more than that.As the first doctor to use Liuwei Dihuang Pill in treatment of Phlegm stagnation and deficiency of Liver,Spleen and Lung function.In the clinical use of Liuwei Dihuang Pill,patient′s main syndrome and other syndromes are usually taken into consideration.Most often,it is used with with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Besides,according to the patient′s condition and in order to achieve the best effect,the time of taking the drugs are also considered.In the treatment of surgical sores,it is also used.The application of Liuwei Dihuang Pills is used to treat the disease with deficiency syndrome.The clinical application of Liuwei Dihuang Pill has had a profound impact on the Mingmen theory and the theories of Wenbu school in TCM.
