摘　　要：当下北京市高等职业院校招生困难是个不争的事实。笔者在多年参与招生工作的基础上,结合高职生源变化情况分析得出:总体生源减少是高职院校招生困难的根本原因;减少京外招生计划是高职院校招生困难的重要原因;?3+2?、七年贯通政策约束是导致各高职院校非主干专业招生困难的直接原因。提出了学院加大自主招生宣传力度、加强专业建设和提高学院与专业社会声誉等对策破解招生困境。同时呼吁政府适当放宽京外招生计划、加强师资队伍建设、加强标准建设和加强社会服务等对策,破解招生工作困境,养精蓄锐,准备迎接北京市高等职业教育第二次高潮的到来。It is an indisputable fact that the enrollment of higher vocational colleges in Beijing become difficult. The author has joined in the recruitment work for many years. Based on the experiences and the change of students in higher vocational colleges, this paper concludes as follows: the overall deduction of students is the the fundamental reason for difficulties in enrollment in higher vocational colleges, the deduction of out-of-Beijing enrollment plan is the important reason for the difficulties, and the “3+2” mode and seven-year programme which make higher vocational colleges not the main strength in recruiting students is the direct reason for the difficulties. Some countermeasures are proposed, such as to strengthen the publicity of independent enrollment, to improve the specialty construction and to enhance the reputation of colleges and specialties in the society. Meanwhile, it calls on the government to make flexible enrollment plan out of Beijing and to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, standards and social services, so as to overcome the difficulties and prepare for the second climax of enrollment in higher vocational colleges in Beijing.
