市域职业教育产教深度融合策略研究——以邢台市为例

摘  要:市域职业教育产教深度融合,对于推进市域人力资源供给侧结构性改革,促进区域经济发展具有重要意义。作为市域职业教育典型,邢台市囿于经济实力总体偏弱、产业层级总体偏低、生态治理压力较重等因素,存在?通而不融?、?融而不透?、?合而不深?等问题,尚未形成良性互动协调发展的产教深度融合局面,文章重点提出了推进产教深度融合的策略,为全国市域层级推进职业教育产教深度融合提供了参照和借鉴。The deep integration of production and education in local higher vocational colleges is of great significance to promote the supply-side structural reform of the regional human resources and regional economic development. As a typical example, Xingtai is characterized by weak economic strength, low industrial level, and heavier ecological governance pressures, such as “communication without integration”,“integration without penetration”,“combination without depth”, etc. Thus, there has not formed a deep integration of production and education which is positive and collaborative. This paper proposes the strategies to promote the deep integration of production and education which can be a reference for the promotion of the integration in the whole country.
