摘　　要：在坚持"以本为本",推进"四个回归"的背景下,本科教学质量受到高度的重视。会议在教学质量评价、办学定位和教学改革实践、人才培养质量观理论与实践等方面给各高校的教学改革和实践提供了理论、方法和借鉴。Under the background of adhering to"taking this as the basis"and promoting"four regressions",the quality of undergraduate education has been highly valued.The conference provides theories,methods and references for the teaching reform and practice of colleges and universities in the aspects of teaching quality evaluation,school-running orientation,teaching reformpractice and personnel training quality view theory and practice.
