摘　　要：如今高校扩大招收名额,大学生存在许多体质较弱势的现象,这便会对高校体育课的教学产生影响。高校体育保健课程教学是对目前教学改革新的探索,但截止现在却没有专门研究体育保健课程教学的著作,也没有较多的学者对其做深刻和较为系统的研究,而且在体育学科的论文中不多见讨论与高校体育保健课程教学有关的内容。With the expansion of enrollment quota,college students have a lot of weak physique,which will have an impact on the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities.The teaching of physical education and health care course in colleges and universities is a new exploration of the current teaching reform,but up to now,there are no books devoted to the teaching of sports health care courses,and not too many scholars have done profound and systematic research on it.Moreover,there is not much discussion about the content of physical education and health course teaching in physical education.
