摘  要:目的:观察CBL教学法在高职高专内科学中的应用效果。方法:在我校临床专业二年级学生中选择2个班分别抽取100名学生,作为研究组和对照组,研究组采用CBL教学法教学,对照组采用传统教学方法,对比两组的教学效果。结果:研究组学生考核成绩高于对照组,并且学生的学习兴趣及教学评价也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBL教学法更适合于学生灵活运用内科知识,可在高职高专院校内科教学中推广。Objective:to observe the application effect of CBL teaching method in higher vocational education. Methods:100 students were selected from 2 classes in grade two of clinical specialty in our school.As the study group and the control group,the study group was taught by CBL teaching method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching methods and compared the effect of the two groups.Results:the examination results of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the students' interest in learning and teaching evaluation were also higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL teaching method is more suitable for students to use internal medicine knowledge flexibly,and can be popularized in medical teaching in higher vocational colleges.
