摘　　要：学校是教育与培养人才的地方,学校方方面面的工作开展都需要借助校园规章制度的建设健全。毫不夸张的说,学校发展的基础与学校治理的本源都有赖于健全、充分、有活力的校园制度。也是学生健康成长、学习文化知识的有力保障。没有良好的校园制度,学校的管理将成为无源之水、无根之木,校园制度文化蕴藏于校园文化之中,是维系学校正常教学活动与形成健康校园文化必不可少的内在机制。本文结合在实际中所遇到的校园制度问题及治校策略的实施进行论述和分析。Education is the place for education and talent training.All aspects of school work need to be improved with the help of campus rules and regulations.It is no exaggeration to say that the basis of school development and the origin of school governance depend on a sound,adequate and dynamic campus system.It is also a strong guarantee for students to grow up healthily and learn cultural knowledge.Without a good campus system,the management of the school will become rootless and rootless.The campus system culture is contained in the campus culture,which is an essential internal mechanism to maintain the normal teaching activities of the school and form a healthy campus culture.This paper discusses and analyzes the problems of campus system and the implementation of school management strategy.
