摘　　要：以实施贵州省教育厅"农学专业卓越农林人才教育培养计划"为契机,研究复合应用型农学专业卓越农林人才培养体系。通过确立人才培养目标、制定人才培养要求、改革人才培养模式、加强师资队伍和实验教学平台及实践教学基地建设等途径,对复合应用型本科高校农业专业人才培养体系进行了有益探索,该培养体系的实施可以全面提升复合应用型人才培养质量。With the implementation of the“Excellent Agriculture and Forestry Talent Education and Training Project for Agronomy Major”of the education department of Guizhou Province,excellent agriculture and forestry talent education and training system of composite application for agronomy major was studied.Through the establishment of talent training target,formulation of talent training requirement,reform of talent training mode;strength the construction of teaching staff and experimental teaching platform and practice teaching base,we carried out a useful exploration for excellent agriculture and forestry talent education and training system of composite application for agronomy major.The implementation of this training system could raise the quality of talent training of composite application.
