摘　　要：职业教育理论中所提出的建构主义,以及对学生与教师"双主体"地位的强调与教练技术中所提倡的提升手段与平等原则是极其契合的。因此将"教练技术"引入职业教育的实践类课程《中文速录》中不失为一种教学方法的平移与创新。本文旨在利用教练技术中教师聆听学生问题,区分问题,总结问题,师生共同制定行动计划,检测与跟进等手段,对高级速录人才的培养方式予以探索。Constructivism proposed by vocational education theory, along with emphasis of“double main body”position of students and teachers agrees with means of ascension and the principle of equality advocated by coaching technology. So the coaching technology introduced into the practice course“Chinese fast record”in vocational education can be regarded as a kind of translation and innovation in the teaching method. This paper will use some methods of coaching technology: the teachers listen to students’problems, distinguish between problems, summarize problems, develop a plan of action, and test and follow up, etc. to explore the cultivating mode of advanced fast record talents.
