摘  要:互联网技术的飞速发展,促进了信息技术与教育的深度融合,同时也带来了成人高等教育教师专业化发展诸多机遇和挑战,在"互联网+"视域下,结合当前我国地方本科院校成人教育教师专业化发展面临的问题,提出有针对性的促进其专业化发展的有效策略。The rapid development of Internet technology has promoted the deep integration of information technology and education. At the same time, it has brought many opportunities and challenges to the professional development of adult higher education teachers. Under the "Internet +" perspective, combined with the current local undergraduate colleges in China. The problems faced by the professional development of adult education teachers in schools are put forward and targeted effective strategies to promote their professional development.
