摘　　要：创新创业教育旨在培养大学生的创新意识、创新精神和创新创业能力,不再是面向极少数人的"精英"教育,而是面向全体的"大众"教育。实践育人是新时期高等教育改革和发展的必然要求,创新创业教育作为一种新型的实践育人载体,蕴含丰富的育人功能。通过构建一个由外到内、从低级到高级的开放式的、完整的创新创业教育体系,即第一课堂、第二课堂和开放的校企合作育人平台,真正把创新创业教育和实践育人有机结合起来,创新实践育人的形式,深化实践育人的内涵,不断提高实践育人的效果。Innovation and entrepreneurship education aims to cultivate the innovation consciousness, innovation spirit and innovation ability of college students. It is no longer an "elite" education for a very few people, but a "mass" education for all. Practical education is an inevitable requirement of higher education reform and development in the new era. Innovation and entrepreneurship education, as a new kind of practical education carrier, contains abundant teaching functions. By building an open and complete system of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the outside to the lower level and from the advanced level, namely, the first classroom, the second classroom and the open platform for cooperation and education of schools and enterprises, we will truly integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education with practice. Innovate the form of practice education, deepen the connotation of practice education, and continuously improve the effect of practice education.
