摘 要:为更好的适应现代企业对应用型人才的需求,根据《塑料模具设计》课程理论性和实践性都很强的特点,结合我院高分子材料与工程专业的教学实践经验总结,分析了《塑料模具设计》校企合作课程的教学现状及存在的问题,本文从教学内容的选择、实践教学、兴趣培养、师资建设和考核几方面提出了校企合作的课程建设措施,从而让学生学有所得,学有所用,达到应用型人才的培养目标。In order to better meet the needs of modern enterprises for applied talents,according to the strong theoretical and practical characteristics of Plastic Mould Design course,based on the summary of the teaching experience of Polymer Materials and Engineering specialty in our college,the present situation and existing problems of the school-enterprise cooperation of Plastic Mold Design course were analyzed,the curriculum construction measures of school-enterprise cooperation were put forward from the aspects of teaching content selection,practical teaching,interest cultivation,teacher construction and assessment,in order to enable students to learn something,learn something useful,and achieve the training objectives of applied talents.
