摘 要:目前对教学质量的认识存在两个误区:一是把教学质量与教育质量混为一谈;二是把授课质量与教学质量混为一谈。全面从学生因素、教师因素、质量监管因素分析了民办高校在教学质量方面存在的主要问题及其成因,提出了因材施教,分类育人,三方联动、三位一体,协同配合提高教学质量,以教材为基础,坚持"三个基本"原则授课,以实效性为目的改革教学方法,将理论知识讲授与实训课有机结合等提高教学质量的对策措施。At present,there are two misunderstandings about the quality of teaching:one is to confuse the quality of teaching with the quality of education;the other is to confuse the the quality for the teacher to teach with the quality of teaching.This paper comprehensively analyses the main problems existing in the teaching quality of private colleges and universities and their causes from the aspects of students,teachers and quality supervision.It puts forward that teaching according to aptitude,classifying and educating people,three-way linkage and trinity should be coordinated to improve the teaching quality,teaching on the basis of textbooks,adhering to the"three basic"principle,reforming teaching methods with the purpose of effectiveness,and putting forward the theory.The countermeasures to improve the teaching quality include the organic combination of knowledge teaching and training courses.
