摘　　要：应用型本科人才培养的改革策略离不开深入企业和行业的人才需求调研,通过对195家外贸企业进行调研,从各企业对国贸专业人才的职业道德、外语能力、实操能力、人才所具备的知识结构、计算机能力、商务沟通和开拓创新能力等方面的需求进行了实证分析,找出本科院校应用型人才培养模式存在的问题,最后针对国贸专业人才培养的目标、师资队伍建设、实践教学体系构建、大学生创新创业能力培养等方面提出切实可行的建议和意见。The reform strategy of applied undergraduate talent training is inseparable from the investigation of talent demand in enterprises and industries.The article through the investigation of 195 international trade-related business enterprises,through the collation and empirical analysis of research data,for the local undergraduate applied talents to reform transformation reform Provides targeted ideas.This paper first expounds the talent demand ability of enterprises for international trade professionals,including six aspects.Secondly,it analyzes the data of the survey results,from the professional ethics,foreign language ability,practical ability and talents of the international trade professionals.The empirical analysis of knowledge structure,computer ability,business communication and pioneering and innovative ability,based on the results of research and analysis,put forward the problems existing in the training mode of applied talents in undergraduate colleges,and finally the goal of talent training for international trade professionals.Practical suggestions and opinions were put forward on the construction of the teaching staff,the construction of the practical teaching system,and the cultivation of college students’innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities.
