摘　　要：为使大学物理教学适应新形势下工科人才培养的需要,通过分析大学物理课程现状及困境,在教学内容的调整、教学手段多样化、教师队伍建设和考核方式的多元化方面提出了相应的改革对策.这些策略对于改变传统的"应试教育"起到积极的推动作用.In order to make the college physics teaching adapt to the need of engineering talents training under the new situation, by analyzing the current situation and predicament of college physics ,this paper proposes corresponding reform count er measures in the adjustment of teaching content,the diversification of teaching means, the construction of teaching staff and the diversification of assessment methods. These countermeasures play a positive role in promoting the change of the traditional "examination-oriented education".
