摘　　要：探讨如何将食品加工与管理课程教学和信息技术高效融合.阐述食品加工与管理课程教学改革的必要性,分析慕课平台设计原则及其应用于食品加工与管理课程教学的优势和作用,并给出具体的改革措施,从而有效提高教学效果,培养出优秀的专业人才.This article discusses how to integrate the teaching of food processing and management course with information technology efficiently,expounds the necessity of teaching reform of the course.It analyses the design principles of MOOCs platform,the advantages and functions of its application in the course,and proposes specific reform measures to effectively improve the teaching effect and cultivate excellent professionals.
