摘 要:基于终身职业能力开发的社区教育有助于推进农业转移人口市民化进程。基于此,分析农业转移人口终身职业能力开发的必要性,探讨社区教育的优势特征,设计基于终身职业能力的农业转移人口社区教育开发机制,从而提出多元主体参与的运行机制、政府提供法律和资金保障机制以及各主体与社区教育资源的融合机制。Based on the development of lifelong professional ability, community education can help promote the process of urbanization of agricultural transfer population. This paper analyzes the necessity of lifelong professional ability development of agricultural transfer population, discusses the advantages of community education, designs the community education development mechanism of agricultural transfer population based on lifelong professional ability and proposes and then proposes the operational mechanism of multi-subject participation, legal and financial guarantee mechanism which the government provided, as well as the integration mechanism between the various subjects and the community's educational resources.
