摘　　要：地方高校参与社区教育,对于实现教育资源融通共享、助推社区教育内涵提升具有重要意义。基于此,通过对地方高校参与社区教育的现实困境进行梳理和解析,从平台建设、激励机制、管理机制、保障机制、师资队伍等方面提出地方高校参与社区教育的路径策略。It is of great significance that local colleges and universities participate in community education for the realization of education resources sharing and the connotation development of community education. Based on this, the path and strategy of local colleges and universities participating in community education is put forward in terms of the platform construction, incentive mechanism, management mechanism, guarantee mechanism and teaching staff after the current difficulties involved when local colleges and universities’ participation in community education have been summarized and analyzed.
